This policy explains how Salve Talentum handles personal data collected through this website, salvetalentum.com. We are GDPR-first: we collect the minimum we need, keep it in the EU, and never sell it.

When you use the enquiry form, we collect the name, work email, organisation, enquiry type and any message you provide. Our servers also process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve the site securely. We use no advertising or analytics trackers. The only browser storage we use is a language preference kept on your device.
We process form data solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up about Salve Talentum. The legal basis is your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and (f)). Technical logs rest on our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
All processing takes place on European infrastructure. The site and our automation run on OVH data centres in the EU. Email replies are delivered through Brevo, an EU-based provider. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting conversation, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a business relationship requires otherwise. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
